Fresh spring rolls are a popular Vietnamese dish. Vietnam has an abundance of rice-based ingredients—fresh spring rolls wrapped in rice paper, pho made with rice noodles, and even dishes where rice paper is grilled like a pizza. They are served with plenty of vegetables and herbs, often wrapped in leafy greens before eating.
