"One of the Korean dishes my body craves when the cold season arrives is bibimbap. I love mixing the rice and ingredients in the sizzling hot stone pot over and over before taking a big bite. In Korea, I also tried a version that wasn’t in a stone pot but in a silver bowl, mixed with a large amount of raw vegetables, namul, seaweed, and chewy barley. It was more like a healthy salad bowl type!"
