Cat Okoge

Okoge (おこげ or 焦げ) is a Japanese term referring to the crispy, browned rice at the bottom of the rice cooker pot. For some, it's a cherished part of the meal, offering a contrasting texture and rich, nutty flavour to the soft, steamed rice.

Mame Gamaguchi (mame 豆 in Japanese is used to describe something small or miniature) and Gamaguchi refers to a traditional coin purse or pouch that has a metal clasp resembling a toad's mouth. 

It’s a small purse for you to put your lucky charm, emergency candy, one or a few coins, rolled up secret note, or whatever you wish. Each Mame Gamaguchi is unique.
