IKEBANA B by Nee Wong

"I'm drawn to uneven cut lines!" I still feel like I'm exploring, but what's constantly in this exploration is the layering of different shapes, textures and tear lines. 

Nee Wong is a visual artist whose abstract works stem from playing with paper collaging. She segue from her architecture career to collaging by creating polar opposite works to precision. 

She describes her creative process as embracing imperfection, letting the hands take free reign of cutting, tearing and drawing patterns. Her compositions are inspired by an abstraction of her everyday life and the objects she encounters — a reminder to stop and observe her surroundings.
