Originally pickled as a way to use up excess wilting celery stalks in the fridge, this turned out to be a hit with the pickle fans. We even managed to convert four customers who don't eat celery to eat our celery pickle.
The combination of dill and the distinct taste of celery pairs really well, resulting in this light and refreshing pickle. Best used in salads, burgers, and sandwiches. Goes well with roast meat. Great in YEE SANG too.
