Originating from central Pahang, this special sambal can be found in places like Raub, Jerantut, and Kuala Lipis. Uncle Allan first discovered this delicious sambal during his early days working as medic and being posted into the deep 'Orang Asli' village around Taman Negara.
Ready to eat off the jar, this delicious sambal is quite tedious to make, so we've taken the initiative to prepare them for you. Simply twist open a jar and serve it over piping hot rice or spread it on your bread.
